Completely Canine Snoot

This addon is no longer needed for the Completely Canine avatar base. The snoot is now built into the avatar using my own system for better optimization.

I am not the original creator of this, I merely reverse engineered it by using the Completely Canine nose and tongue and added some additional components to work with the Completely Canine avatar base.
